社会经济的发展和世界经济一体化程度的加深，促进了理财观念的转变。本文对当前企业的理财现状进行分析，对当前主流的财务理念进行论述，进而对企业财务管理提出了相应的理财策略，为市场经济下，企业如何健康、合理的进行财务管理提供了有效的建议。 关键词 理财观念 人本理念 理财策略
在这种情况下，研究现代公司的理财观念转变类型以及由此产生的观念及管理手段的创新，对增强公司的获利能力和抵御风险的能力等都具有十分重要的现实意义和十分的迫切性。本文从阐述企业树立新理财观念的重要性入手，针对目前企业理财观念存在的问题，提出企业树立新理财观念具体的对策建议。
