家族制企业财务管理及监督机制研究——以云南某企业为例
摘 要
在经济飞速发展、科技不断进步、竞争日趋激烈的今天，在我国的私营企业中，家族式企业占了大部分。随着市场经济的发展，家族企业在国民经济及社会生活中起到越来越重要的作用。而企业要发展要生存就必须建立现代企业财务管理制度，科学的进行资本运营。论文主要阐明家族企业的特点和发展状况、在家族制企业财务管理制度的和监督机制作用的基础上，选择云南某家族制企业为样本，分析总结家族制企业财务管理制度及监督机制的问题和原因，并提出家族制企业财务管理问题解决对策。
