互联网产品用户活跃度研究——以微博为例

    几大门户网站相继开发了微博并开始了一场圈地运动,随着注册高峰地过去,微博之争也从扩大用户群变为了维持和活跃用户,用户活跃度几个字变为一个衡量微博网站竞争力的重要因素。目前,研究微博活跃度的文章不多,从传播学角度出发进行研究的文章数量并不多。本文以用户活跃度为研究重点,以新浪微博为例,运用了传播学的使用与满足理论研究了微博的市场状况,并提出了如何提升活跃度的相关思考。
    本文意在通过抓取活跃度这个关系微博未来存亡的量词,运用消费者的使用和满足理论来研究目前如火如茶的微博。通过对活跃度的研究,将有利于我们把握微博的运营和发展趋势,给发展中的微博运营商提供可供参考的的意见和思路。
活跃度的研究对网民自身更加深刻地认识和了解网络环境的影响也很显著,间接可以起到改变人们网络消费习惯和消费方式的作用。让用户更加清晰了明白自己对网络平台消费需求,合理规划自己的网络生活,更加科学地发布和分享信息。

Abstract
