缝纫机吸风集尘装置的仿真与实验研究
缝纫机吸风集尘装置作为一种纺织厂使用的电器,日益的变的越来越广泛,而吸尘类的产品种类及功能也日益繁多。因此,对于工业用吸尘器的性能研究也变的越发的重要,建立一套基于工业用吸尘器检测和研究的实验方式,获得能表征吸尘器产品特性的参数,并进行产品分类及其性能分析。
本文主要研究缝纫机吸风集尘装置实验中机械结构及的设计与实现方法,由风速测量仪,流量测量计,吸风装置,供电装置,示波器,和压力传感器组成。完成研究内容如下:
实验装置机械结构的设计。基于缝纫机吸风集尘装置的实验要求来确定方案,通过数学模型搭建,进行电机的计算,风机的计算,管路的计算,集尘箱压力的计算。通过的仿真,实现了不同情况下整个装置内压强的变化,流速的变化,确定了所选择传感器的测试精度和量程范围,以及考虑到安装的需要,进行了传感器的选型确定。根据传感器的选型,以及基于的釆集模块的采集系统建立要求,设计了传感器后续的调理电路,并且设计与搭建了所需的供电电源电路及其接口。通过实验数据的记录和研究,实现了数据的处理和结论的归纳。实验平台的搭建,经调试成功后,进行集尘器的检测试验,并形成了所需的检测结果。
对于各类的实验结果进行了差异性比对,提出影响性能的原因和规律。

Simulation and Experimental Research on dust collection device of sewing machine
As an electric appliance used in textile mills, the suction and dust collecting device of sewing machines is becoming more and more widespread.And the types and functions of vacuum cleaners are also increasing.Therefore, for the study of the performance of industrial dust cleaner has become more and more important, to establish a set of experimental methods for the detection and research based on industrial vacuum cleaner, which can obtain parameters of product characterization of dust, and analyzed the product classification and performance.
Design and implement method of mechanical structure of the test device and the dust suction fan in this paper mainly studies the sewing machine, the wind speed measuring instrument, flow meter, suction device, power supply device, oscilloscope, composition and pressure sensor.The research contents are as follows:
Design of mechanical structure of experimental device.Based on the experimental requirements of the suction and dust collecting device of sewing machine, the scheme is determined.The calculation of the motor, the calculation of the fan, the calculation of the pipeline and the calculation of the pressure of the dust collecting box are carried out through the mathematical model.Through the simulation, the change of pressure under different conditions of the device, the change of flow rate, determine the choice of sensor measurement precision and measurement range, and considering the installation requirements, to determine the sensor selection.According to the selection of sensors and the acquisition system based on the acquisition module, set up the requirements
The subsequent conditioning circuit of the sensor is designed, and the required power supply circuit and interface are designed and built.
Through the recording and research of the experimental data, the data processing and conclusion induction are realized.The experiment platform is set up and tested successfully after the debugging, and the test result is formed.
The results of different experiments are compared, and the reasons and laws affecting the performance are put forward.
