管理会计作为企业决策支持系统的重要组成部分,直接为企业管理者提供全面、可靠的信息。随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,企业管理者仅依靠财务会计报告提供的过去的、已发生的财务信息做出决策是远远不够的,企业的投资者和管理者更加需要与企业的运营指标、未来的投资机会以及预测的财务状况等相关的多方面的信息。而管理会计报告恰可满足管理者的对这些信息的需求,管理会计报告中既包括财务信息又包括非财务信息,既包括日常信息又包括决策信息,既涉及企业运作过程的信息,又涉及经营管理效果信息。由于不同的企业具有不同的经营模式,不同层级的管理者对管理会计信息有不同的需求,所以不同的企业需要不同的管理会计报告。本文根据 A 公司的特点以及 A 公司各层管理者对管理会计信息的需求,结合 A 公司管理会计报告应用的实际情况,重新设计了适用于 A 公司的管理会计报告,并提出应用管理会计报告的保障措施,为相关企业应用管理会计报告提供了参考。
本文首先介绍了文章的选题背景和研究意义,总结了国内国外相关理论研究成果,阐述了本文的研究内容和研究思路,以及管理会计报告的相关理论。然后对 A 公司的总体情况以及 A 公司目前应用的管理会计报告进行介绍,分析了管理会计报告在A 公司应用中存在的问题,如管理会计报告未满足应用主体的信息需求,管理会计报告信息收集滞后,管理会计报告信息传递不畅,管理会计报告缺乏信息反馈等。并根据 A 公司的实际情况及各层管理者的需求,设计出相应的管理会计报告,即包括战略层管理会计报告、管理层的管理会计报告、操作层的管理会计报告在内的不同层级管理会计报告。最后,通过建立管理会计信息系统,设立管理会计组织机构,建立管理会计报告的信息收集、传递、反馈等运行机制,组织管理会计报告应用培训等措施保障管理会计报告在 A 公司得到更好的应用。
Management accounting information is an important part of decision-makinginformation, and enterprise managers get the comprehensive, direct and reliable informationfrom it. With the increasingly fierce market competition, management accounting reportsystem is an essential means of modern enterprise management. Management accountingreports includes not only financial information but also non financial information. Both thedaily information and decision-making information are in it. Management accounting reportswill optimize the company to maximize the business management.In this paper, according tothe actual situation of A company's internal management, decision, we make applicable tothe implementation of management accounting report system of the enterprise solution.Thisthesis include five parts.
First, the paper introduces the background and significance, research results at homeand abroad, the content and ideas of this paper and introduces related theories of themanagement accounting report. Then, the paper introduces the overall situation of Acompany , the current application of the management accounting report in A company, andthe problems in the application such as the information needs of the main body is notsatisfied, the collection of information is hysteretic, the transmission of information is notaccessible, and lack of information feedback. And present the actual situation of Company Aand the needs of the management accounting reports, we design A company's managementaccounting reports and puts forward to improve integration and classification, to construct acomplete set of management accounting report system, including strategic managementaccounting, management accounting report, operation layer the management accountingreport.Last, we design the implementation plan of management accounting report systemsuitable for A company, including the establishment of management accounting system,establish the management accounting information system, establish the managementaccounting report of the operating mechanism, organizational management and accountingreport application training. It will provide accurate and timely decision support to theenterprise manager.
