随着市场经济的不断发展，我国的国有企业面临越来越多的挑战。在新时代下，国有企业要想实现长期稳定发展，就要顺应时代的发展，对企业党建工作不断进行创新，充分发挥党组织在国企建设中的优势。
国有企业的党建工作与业务工作是"一体两面"，是密不可分的有机整体，缺失任何一方或孤立片面地看待和推动任何一方都是不可取的，必须两手抓，两手硬.要摆脱对国企党建工作的认识误区，紧密结合企业实际，在监督管理，支部作用发挥，组织生活方式和文化宣传等方面寻找切入点，创新党建工作方式方法，服务于企业生产经营。本文主要探讨了中煤能源国有企业党建工作的意义及新时代下国有企业党建工作创新策略。

With the continuous development of market economy，China's state-owned enterprises are facing more and more challenges. Under the new situation，if state-owned enterprises want to achieve long-term and stable development，they must conform to the development of the times，constantly innovate the party building work of enterprises，and give full play to the advantages of party organizations in the construction of state-owned enterprises.
The party building work and the business work of the state-owned enterprises are "one and two sides "，which are inseparable organic whole. It is not advisable to look at and push either side without either side or in isolation. It is necessary to get rid of the misunderstanding of the party building work in state-owned enterprises，closely combine the reality of enterprises，look for entry points in the aspects of supervision and management，the role of branches，the organization of life style and cultural propaganda，and innovate the working methods of party building，so as to serve the production and operation of enterprises. This paper mainly discusses the significance of the party building work in the state-owned enterprises of coal energy and the innovative strategy of the party building work in the state-owned enterprises in the new era.
