经过分析，提出具体的设计思想和实现方法。然后利用提供的各种开发工具，不断测试、修正和改进，直到形成用户满意的易于操作的约车可行系统。这正是本系统开发的目的和意义。

It demonstrates the systematic structure of motional website constructed on the basis of the technology of WEB data base; and it analysizes the difficult and important points in the realization of the system.It designs the pages for individuals to regisrate,log in,book trainning hours and produces theie automatic pages as well as the pages of ASP HTML. Some technique problem within settle realizes of analyse amalgamation.Create the integrity's beak the managing and booking system for driving learners, and steer the test amalgamation the analyse result.

第一章 引言
随着计算机技术的发展和计算机网络的逐渐普及，Internet已经逐渐成为人们快速获取、发布和传递信息的重要渠道，它在其内容范围跨越了教育科研、文化事业、金融、商业、新闻出版、娱乐、体育等各个领域，其用户群体十分庞大。二十一世纪是信息的时代，所以信息的交换和信息流通显得特别重要。网站建设在Internet应用上的地位显而易见，它已成为政府、企事业单位信息化建设中的重要组成部分，从而倍受人们的重视。
数据库技术在Internet中的应用越来越广泛，数据库在网站的建设中已经成为必不可少的重要内容。可以说数据库技术已经成为网络的核心技术，网络就是数据库。本文以一个基于WEB数据库技术构建的动态网站为例，从实际应用的角度力求较为全面的展示WEB数据库技术在网络中应用的各种优良特性和不足。随着WWW（World Wide Web）的普及，动态网页技术也急速发展。目前动态网站设计技术主要有：利用Perl/C++/Delphi等开发的CGI，两种有名的API-ISAPI/NSAPI，还有ColdFusion，以及最近几年流行起来的3p技术ASP，PHP，JSP等。
