摘 要
本论文是对针对日益复杂化的高校收费工作而设计开发的高校缴费系统的说明，主要介绍了系统开发的主要过程和方法，并且给出了基本的关系模型，完成了模型的静态分析与动态分析。
缴费管理系统是个典型的信息管理系统（MIS）。其设计开发主要包括了后台数据库设计建立和维护以及前台应用程序的设计开发两方面。整个开发的过程中，我们使用的工具是Microsoft公司的Visual Basic 6.0。利用的是其强大的开发单机和C/S模式数据库应用程序功能。尤其是数据窗口这个能方便而简洁操纵数据库的智能化对象。
使用本系统，我们能清楚方便得进行学生的信息录入、缴费情况处理、查询、统计以及生成报表。其中的统计报表功能在查询的基础上，完成了对缴费信息总体上的概括总结，方便用户浏览查阅。

ABSTRACT

第一章 概 述
1.1 产生背景
学校教育事业的主要经费来源是根据国家政策向学生收取书本费、学费、住宿费等费用。因此对于学校来讲，收取此类费用是很重要的，直接关系到学校的办学。但随着各个学校的体制改革和办学规模的扩大，收费在学校的财务工作变得日益繁琐，直接影响到了学校的日常办学工作，所以加强收费管理力度显得非常迫切。本缴费系统就此应运而生，针对性地解决学校收费难题。
