【摘要】从发展背景来看，大型活动志愿者服务是在北京走向国际化、现代化过程中兴起的，具有明显的时代特征。从服务对象和服务内涵来看，大型活动志愿者服务是围绕某一方面或某个领域的重大活动所开展的；而其他志愿者服务是面向全社会的经常性、普遍性的志愿活动。从特征来看，大型活动志愿者服务专业化要求比较高、组织程度比较强、承担责任比较重，并且具有标志性、展示性、辐射性、带动性的显著特征；而其他志愿者服务通常不具备这些特征。从活动机制来看，大型活动志愿者服务有一套完整的工作程序，包括招募、培训、调配、管理、表彰等；而其他志愿者服务活动形式多样，管理比较松散。
而本次我所要设计的网站便是基于ASP.NET这门语言所开发出的，它源于志愿者网站+医护网站所产生的一款用于偏远地区医护志愿者的网站。下面是微情护工网站的理论渊源：作为一款医护志愿者的网站，它结合了传统医护软件类似于“医护到家APP”“医护网”等大健康平台下的医生护士的点对点的治疗方案，另外添加志愿者模块的原因是由于在某些贫困地区由于贫富差距过大而造成的“看医难”的问题无法支付其相应的治疗费用，那么通过此模块进行救助活动。通过文献资料的收集与整理的过程中我发现大部分的医护软件仅仅针对于附近地区的上门服务而无法提供远距离的医护工作，针对此类现象，志愿者的作用便显得尤为重要了，经过后台的实名认证，通过志愿者的相关活动统计积分，积分可用于购买相关的服务，可以充分的激发志愿者对公益事业的热情从而推动重庆市公益活动的进一步运行，建设更加文明、和谐的重庆文化。
本毕业设计旨在设计和实现一套面向大型活动管理企业或机构组织的志愿者管理系统，主要考虑大型活动组织过程中人员数量大，信息沟通繁琐，管理效率低等方面的问题通过信息化手段进行优化，为企业提供一套便捷的管理方案。从而达到提高管理效率，节省时间成本的目的。

[Abstract]:from the perspective of the development background, the volunteer service of large-scale activities rose in the process of internationalization and modernization in Beijing, which has obvious characteristics of the times. From the point of view of service object and service connotation, the volunteer service of large-scale activities is carried out around a certain aspect or field of major activities, while other volunteer services are regular and universal voluntary activities facing the whole society. And the website that I'm going to design is based on the language of ASP.NET, and it comes from the volunteer website, a website for health care volunteers in remote areas. The following is the theoretical origin of the micro-care site: as a health care volunteer site, it combines traditional health care software like point-to-point treatments for doctors and nurses on big health platforms such as "APP to Home" and "Healthcare Network." In addition, the reason for the addition of the volunteer module is that the problem of "seeing medical treatment" caused by the excessive gap between the rich and the poor in some poor areas cannot afford the corresponding treatment costs.
