摘 要
合同管理是企业在商海中乘风破浪的保障．是降低企业运行中的法律风险的要求，是成熟的商业交易环节中的重要节点。规范企业合同管理，是企业有效控制风险，实现企业运作正规化的要求。而计算机系统的普及，使得企业有更多机会参与到企业信息化当中来。本文重点论述了企业合同管理的开发与实现，希望对规范企业合同管理有一定的参考借鉴作用。
本设计运用ASP.NET技术，使用SQL Server 2000作为后台数据库来实现B/S模式的合同管理系统。该系统通过网络浏览器就能实现对全公司所有合同进行管理。其主要功能是维护合同信息，包括合同添加、合同查询、合同统计、合同执行情况等。通过使用此系统使得公司相关人员能够清楚的了解合同信息及合同执行情况，进行方便的统计查询，以便进行下一步的生产经营决策。

Abstract
Contract management is a corporate guarantee of wind and waves in the sea.Is to reduce the requirement of legal risk in operation, is a mature business transactions link in the important nodes.Standardize Enterprise contract management,is the effective control of risks,the realization enterprise operation required to formalize.And the popularity of computer systems, enterprises have more opportunities to participate in enterprise information.This article focuses on the development and implementation of Enterprise contract management, we hope to standardize Enterprise contract management has some reference reference.
This design uses ASP.NET technology, using SQL Server 2000 as the back-end database to suit your B/S model of contract management system. The system can be achieved via a Web browser to manage all contracts throughout the company. Whose primary function is the maintenance contract information, add, inquiry, contract statistics on contracts including contracts, contract implementation, and so on. By using this system enabling company personnel to clearer understanding of contract information and contract implementation, for the convenience of statistical inquiry, for next production and management decision-making.
