本文所阐述的基于B/S架构的海军广告公司人事管理系统，以浏览器/服务器模式高效地实现了人事管理系统的各项功能对公司人事各项信息进行管理，其中包括人事员工信息的录入和查询，考勤、调职、奖惩、薪酬等信息的管理并生成相关的报表供用户查看和了解。本系统不仅可以提高工作效率，并进一步简化和规范办事程序，为公司带来更多的效益，而且可以提升公司竞争力，满足了现代公司管理的需要。
JSP继承了所有Java语言的特点，因此本项目才用JSP语言作为根本。Struts框架具有组件的模块化，灵活性和重用性的优点，所以本项目采用了Struts框架。在数据库方面使用了Microsoft SQL Server 2005。
This article elaborated by based on B/S structure of naval advertising company personnel management system, to browser/server mode efficient way to realize the different functions of personnel management system of the company all the information management personnel, including personnel staff information typing and query, attendance, transfer, rewards and punishments, salary information management and generates related statements for users to view and understanding. This system not only can improve work efficiency, and further simplify and regulate the administrative procedures for companies to bring more benefits, but also can enhance corporate competitiveness, and meet the need of the modern company management.
The JSP inherited all Java language characteristic, therefore this project only use the JSP language as fundamental. Struts framework has component modular, flexibility and reusability of advantages, so this project adopted Struts framework. In database aspects using Microsoft SQL Server 2005.
