摘要
当今社会的主要特征是数字化、网络化、信息化，它是一个以数据库技术为核心的信息时代。随着信息技术的发展，航空售票业也成为了一个高度信赖信息业的行业。在科技水平发达的今天，人们对出行旅游也日益重视。因此，对航空售票进行现代化的管理也尤其的重要。
本轮问讲述的是在网络环境下实现机票预订业务的管理系统，是航空部门机票管理系统的一部分，作用是对待售机票和已售机票进行有效的管理。系统的最终目标是解决航空业全套网络信息化建设中的B2C（Business-to-consumer）服务。系统改变了传统的手工订票、送票，具有广泛的实用性。
系统由用户模块和管理模块两部分组成，用户模块实现会员注册、会员登录、航班查询、机票查询、机票预订等业务操作，管理模块实现航班管理、会员管理、订票管理等管理功能。系统采用基于B/S(Browse/Server)模式的WEB 应用程序，以SQLServer2000 作数据库服务器，以Tomcat6做Web服务器，利用角色访问控制技术增强系统安全性这种非常实用的应用程序开发技术。
以机票预订系统开发需求为起点，以系统开发的思路和开发技术为核心内容，详细阐述了系统设计目标、设计思想、设计过程及技术实现。

Abstract
The main characteristic of modern society is digital, networking, informatization, it is a database technology as the core of the information age. With the development of information technology, air ticketing industry has also become a highly trusted information industry. In the level of science and technology developed today, people increasingly pay great attention to travel. Therefore, the air ticket for modern management is particularly important.
This paper expresses that realizes the order service management system under the network environment. It’s a part of the aviation department airplane ticket management system. Its function is to manage effectively the waiting for sell and has sold airplane ticket. And its final goal is that solves complete network information building B2C(Business-to-consumer) service in the aviation industry.It changes the traditional manual ordering,sending and the counter payment method, has the widespread usability.
The system is made up of by the user module and the management module. The user module realizes the member registration, the member register, the flight query, the airplane ticket query and order service operation and so on. The management module realizes news management, flight management, plane type management, user management and order airplane ticket management function and so on. It bases on B/S(Browse/Server)pattern application, makes database server SQLServer2000, makes tomcat6 Web server, uses role access control technology enhance system security this kind of development technology of application.
This paper makes development the system of airplane ticket as a beginning, makes the system development thinking and development technology as the core content, describe the system design goal detailedly、the design thinking,the design process and the technical realization.
