摘  要 

近年以来，随着互联网和计算机的不断普及，人们可以通过Intel网轻松地获取大量信息，还有数据库技术的不断成熟，信息变得易于记录保存，基于Web应用的信息管理系统的开发变得容易许多。各种各样的信息管理系统不断涌现出来。

本次开发，使用的是MyEclipse编译器，JDK开发环境，在网络服务方面使用的是Tomcat应用服务器，JSP技术主要负责前台页面的呈现，SSH框架实现业务逻辑控制和数据库连接、数据持久化的功能。

房屋出租与租赁是人们生活的重要组成部分，以往通过粘贴广告进行租房信息宣传的方式，不仅耗时耗力，而且效率低下。但现在，通过Internet可以方便的发布房屋的各种出租、出售、求租、求售等信息。信息传播的成本极大降低。而且高效。所以，为了适应社会需要开发了本房屋租赁系统，人们只要登录本网站就能很快地找到自己满意的房子。
