随着科技的迅速发展，各种管理系统已应用到社会的各个领域。各业都充分的意识到传统的手工管理模式已经逐渐不能适应时代的发展，为了更好的发展，纷纷开发适合自己的管理系统。
通过电子健康档案管理系统这个平台，可以实现人员健康情况的信息化、网络化、系统化、规范化管理，从繁杂的数据查询和统计中解脱出来，更好的掌握人员健康状况。系统的主要功能包括：人员档案管理、体检管理与疾病信息管理。
本系统前台主要使用JSP作为开发语言，后台使用SqlServer作为数据库管理系统，开发环境是MyEclipse，服务器采用tomcat，开发出的一个基于Web技术的B/S结构的电子健康档案管理系统。

ABSTRACT
