酒店管理系统

摘要

随着中国经济的增长和旅游业的不断发展，酒店行业的竞争越来越激烈。酒店只有不断完善自身的管理手段和方法，提高自身的服务水平，才能得到充足健康发展机会。因此，酒店的计算机管理就成为了必须要解决的问题。

酒店管理系统的引入使得酒店内部集中管理，才能迅速反馈给各个部门，降低工作人员劳动强度，提高效率，带来经济效益社会效益。此外还为管理者提供有力决策支持。目前网络的发展，也使得远程的客户预定客房提供了实现的可能性。因此,开发一套酒店管理系统尤为重要。基于这个理论，积极研究开发酒店管理系统是有必要的。

本次毕业设计开发一个酒店管理系统，整个系统分为前台和后台两部分，主要功能包括：会员信息管理模块、管理员信息管理模块、客房信息管理模块﹑菜品信息管理模块等功能模块。前台主要使用JSP作为开发语言，后台使用SQLServer作为数据库管理系统，开发环境是 MyEclipse 8.5对整个系统进行设计与开发，服务器采用Tomcat，开发一个基于JSP技术的B/S结构的酒店管理系统。

Abstract

With the rapid develop of Chinese economy and tourism, the competition of hotel              

industry becoming more and more intensive. Only constantly improving its management  means and methods and their level of service. Hotel can get adequate and healthy development. Therefore, the computer management of the hotel business management has becoming a top priority.

 The introduction of the hotel management system make the internal of hotel can be centralized manage and control, rapid response of each department’s business condition. It greatly reduces the labor intensity of staff, improves the work efficiency, and brings great convenience to customers, while offering good economy and social benefits. In addition, the hotel offers a variety of information make managers grasp the hotel’s operation in real-time and dynamic. And it also provides powerful decision support. At present, the rapid development of the network also makes the remote clients can book the room. Thus,it is a particularly necessary to exploit a hotel management system. Based on the reality theory, we should research and exploit the hotel management system in active. It is indispensable.

This guaduate design develops a system of hotel guest room management, which is divided into two parts, the front desk and the background, its main functions include: the member information management module, administrator information management module, guest room information management module, the dishes with information management module, The front desk which mainly use JSP as a development language, while the background which use SQLServer as a database management system. Use MyEclipse8.5 as development environment to design and the develop the whole system and use tomcat as server. Finally develop a web technology which is based B/S structure of the hotel guest management system.
