本文设计的文章发布系统是一个基于B/S模式，前台界面采用JSP语言编写，后台采用SSH框架来搭建，开发环境使用MyEclipes的系统。该系统充当了一个网络文章发布媒介的功能，实现了系统化、自动化的管理，使人们在任何地方都能获得需要的信息。该系统实现了以下几个功能：用户管理功能，文章管理功能，文章搜索功能，文章评论功能。
