高校公寓管理如同其他管理一样，正面临着一个及其重要的变革，其重要的标志之一是计算机的应用在各个方面的不断深化，由此带来的工作方式、管理效率及相关方面的变化。因此，高校学生公寓应用计算机势在必行，且实践证明行之有效。学生公寓管理的好与坏，将直接影响大学生的成长进步，对我国高校逐渐实现现代化管理具有一定的战略意义。
本系统的建以实用性为目的，应用方便，菜单驱动，适应性强。基于三层架构的思想，前台使用jsp技术，主要使用Hibernate的设计模式访问数据库，采用B/S架构，结合河南城建学院学生公寓管理的实际，经过认真的需求分析，设计学生公寓管理信息系统。系统提供的查询可以更快地了解到每个学生的住宿情况，使公寓的管理效率更高。方便实用，部分功能模块具有高级查询功能，能精确地具体统计出学校公寓中许多需要统计的数据记录。

Like other management, apartment management in colleges and universities is facing an important change. One of the important symbols is the deepening of the application of computer in all aspects, resulting in changes in working methods, management efficiency and related aspects. Therefore, it is imperative to apply computer in college students' apartments, and the practice has proved to be effective. The purpose of this system is practicability, convenient application, menu driving and strong adaptability. Based on the idea of three-tier architecture, the front desk uses jsp technology, the background uses Oracle 11g platform, mainly uses the design pattern of Hibernate to access the database, adopts B / S architecture, unifies the actual situation of student apartment management in Henan Institute of Urban Construction, after careful demand analysis, designs the student apartment management information system. The query provided by the system can find out the accommodation of each student more quickly and make the management of the apartment more efficient. It is convenient and practical, and some functional modules have advanced query function and can accurately Specific statistics on the school apartment many need to be counted data records.
