图书管理系统的研究与开发
摘要
随着科学技术的发展，计算机技术在图书馆得到广泛应用，各式各样的自动化管理应用系统，在各种不同性质、不同类型、不同规模的图书馆中发挥着越来越重要的作用。如何利用计算机技术和网络通讯技术，对文献信息资源进行科学的管理、有效的开发、实现资源共享、实现图书馆的现代化管理，是图书馆工作的重要内容之一。
本课题是设计一个图书管理系统．一个图书管理系统主要包括借阅者和管理者之间功能．借阅者的功能主要是借书处理，还书处理和读者查询．管理者的功能主要是新书上架和旧书淘汰以及罚款处理．借书处理包括借书的时间，借的书的基本资料和借书人资料．还书处理包括还书的时间，还的书的基本资料和还书人的资料．读者查询是指根据读者号，查询读者借阅的书的基本资料．新书上架则是指输入新的图书资料.旧书淘汰则是指删除旧的图书资料．罚款处理指的是解决借书超期的处罚处理．

Abstract
With de development of science and technology,the technology of the computer is used widely in the labrary. The automatic management application systems of various kinds of of formula , are playing a more and more important role in the library of all kinds of nature , different kinds of , different scale How to utilize technology of the computer and network communication technology, carry on scientific management , effective development , realize resource-sharing , realizing to the information resources of documents the modernization of the library is managed, it is one of the important contents that the library works
This subject is to design a books administrative system. The person who includes borrowing mainly of administrative system of a piece of books and function between the administrators. The function of the persons who borrow is mainly to borrow the book to deal with , return book dealing with and reader's inquiry. The administrator's function is mainly put on the shelf and eliminated and fined and dealt with with the secondhand book by new book。Reader is it is it according to reader symbol , inquire about basic materials of book that reader borrow to mean to inquire about. It refers to the new books and reference materials of introduction that the new book is put on the shelf. It refers to deleting the old books and reference materials that the secondhand book is eliminated. Fine and deal with meaning the punishment solved and borrowed the book and exceeded the time limit is dealt with.

1.1图书管理系统的现状
随着科学技术的发展，计算机技术在图书馆得到广泛应用，各式各样的自动化管理应用系统，在各种不同性质、不同类型、不同规模的图书馆中发挥着越来越重要的作用。如何利用计算机技术和网络通讯技术，对文献信息资源进行科学的管理、有效的开发、实现资源共享、实现图书馆的现代化管理，是图书馆工作的重要内容之一。我国的图书馆自动化管理应用系统的研制工作从70年代末开始，目前国内开发、使用的图书馆自动化管理系统达30多种，从总体上说国内的图书馆自动化管理系统已进入应用完善阶段。 伴随着全球网络化的迅速发展，图书馆的自动化逐步走向网络化。所以图书馆自动化管理系统必须具备有强劲的网络化功能，现在使用的图书馆自动化系统大都只局限单位内使用，不具有网上互联功能，网络性能远远跟不上网络信息时代的步伐。图书馆现代化管理系统要实现联机采访和联机编目，要能为读者提供联机检索和网上查询等。信息社会的到来，将使图书馆发生根本性的变化，数字化、网络化已成为现代图书馆发展的必然结果
