摘 要
随着近年来计算机技术的发展，管理系统技术已经来到我们身边。而住房公积金管理系统就是应运而生的。实行住房补贴、建立住房公积金制度，逐步实现住房商品化，是我国住房制度改革的重要内容。这项制度的实施可以有效地筹集住房建设资金，加强住房补贴的融通，扩大住房建设，有利于促进职工消费结构的合理调整，转变职工住房观念，推进住房商品化，能加快改善职工住房条件。
住房公积金是指国家机关、国有企业、城镇集体企业、外商投资企业、城镇私营企业及其他城镇企业、事业单位、民办非企业单位、社会团体及其在职职工缴存的长期住房储金。住房公积金是国家推行住房保障制度下的一种称谓，它实质上是劳动报酬的一部分，是归属职工个人所有的、专项用于解决职工住房问题的保障性资金。一般认为，住房公积金具有保障性、强制性、工资性、互助性的特点。
为了提高管理水平，减轻公积金经办人员工作量，确保公积金帐务准确无误，结合住房公积金有关政策，参照部分单位住房公积金管理的实际情况，开发出这样一套计算机软件。本管理系统是针对住房公积金管理系统而设计的，包括：基础信息设置、主要业务、账表查询、信息设置等。要求以主要业务为核心的进行系统分析设计，详细完成本管理系统的设计工作如：按月自动登账、按月取消登账、手工登账调整、取消利息结算、提取住房公积金等管理的相应程序。
本住房公积金管理系统使用SQL Server2000数据库作为后台的数据管理系统，而在前台使用Delphi7语言作为访问实际的数据库。Delphi7的优势是具有强大的数据管理功能，可以使用Delphi7开发一个住房公积金管理系统来实现住房公积金的管理。
