基于WEB的企业资金审批系统设计与实现
摘 要
随着全球经济一体化和信息技术的快速发展，公司发展十分迅速，尤其是中国加入WTO过后。公司的管理一直是影响我国公司发展的难点，发达国家经过40多年的努力，已经在管理的理论和实践中取得了卓越的成就。我国公司要迎接国际公司所带来的竞争和合作时，信息管理就变成了严重制约我国制造业公司发展的一个滞后的环节。采用计
算机管理可使人们从繁忙的劳动中解脱出来，仅使用简单的操作便可及时、准确的获得需要的信息，提高了效率，同时也减少公司资源的浪费。
基于web的信息处理系统，例如本次将要设计的企业资金审批管理系统，用户可通过浏览器方便、快捷的使用。该次系统分七个角色、两个板块完成，分为公司员工和系统管理员两个板块，角色依次为分公司财务、分公司负责人、分公司总经理、财务负责人、集团总经理和集团董事长、集团财务。
本文对B/S模式进行了简要的说明，并概要的介绍了一下PHP，包括他的特点和运行方式，以及PHP开发环境的搭建在文中都有详细的说明。从需求分析、概要设计再到系统设计逐层深入的把本系统进行了分析与研究，详细地讲解了系统的功能，最后还对系统进行了详细的测试。
