摘 要
随着目前市民生活水平的普遍提高，人们对生活质量也有了进一步更高的追求， 家政服务在此情形下应运而生，也变的越来越受欢迎，居民只需在网上预订不需要出户就能找到自己满意的家政人员是很有必要的，本次设计的家政服务管理系统能较好的解决这些问题。所设计的长沙市家政服务管理系统是一个家政服务类型的网站，本系统通过PHP语言和MySQL进行开发，使用CSS技术美化页面，采用MySQL数据库存储数据设计与实现一个家政服务平台，本系统分为前台和后台两个部分，前台部分主要完成用户查看公司网站的信息、预约家政人员和给网站留言等功能。后台部分主要完成对家政服务人员管理、用户发送预约信息管理以及发送留言管理等功能。

Abstract
With the general improvement of people's living standard at present, people are pursuing a higher quality of life. Home service emerges as the times require and becomes more and more popular. It is necessary for residents to find satisfied housekeepers without leaving the home by booking online. This design of housekeeping service management system can better solve these problems. The home service management system of Changsha is a website of home service type. This system is developed by PHP language and MySQL. CSS technology is used to beautify pages, Mysql database is used to store data, and a home service platform is designed and implemented. The system is divided into two parts: front-end and back-end. The front desk mainly completes the functions of viewing the information of the website, booking housekeepers and leaving messages on the website. The background part mainly completes the functions of housekeeping service personnel management, user sending reservation information management and message sending management.
