随着计算机技术和网络技术的发展，利用网络进行管理越来越成为学校管理的发展方向。社团管理系统，利用先进的计算机技术、网络通信技术、多媒体技术等相关的技术，将各社团与学校管理老师联系起来实现即时信息通迅，为老师和学生都节约了大量的时间与精力并大大提高了学校管理社团工作的效率与质量，同时也精简了学校管理机构。
