摘要
现代光测技术是近年来发展起来的一种新技术,它可用于物体的粗糙度测定、变形测量和振动分析。现代光测技术主要包括全息干涉、云纹干涉和散斑干涉。
本文基于 LabVIEW 与MATLAB 开发了现代光测数字散斑图像处理系统,首次把虚拟仪器技术引入现代光测领域。系统基于数字散斑干涉技术,在LabVIEW 环境下进行图像采集,并调用MATLAB 实现图像处理。系统可扩展应用于全息和云纹干涉测量。本文的主要研究工作包括:(1)在现代光测领域引入虚拟仪器技术,建立光测虚拟仪器系统,实现图像的采集和处理;(2)研究空域和频域的滤波技术,提出处理现代光测图像的最佳滤波方法,得到高质量的图像处理结果。
