摘 要
随着科技水平的提高，人们的生活越来越好，而手机更成为了人们生活娱乐必不可少的帮手。Android，作为一个专为移动设备设计的软件开发开发平台，已经受到了越来越多的关注，而智能手机的出现让Android更加火热。如今，越来越来多的软件出现在手机软件的市场上，一款方便实用的软件是人们生活娱乐所必不可少的。对于喜欢阅读的人来说，一个可以应用于手机上的简洁实用的文本语音朗读器是大家迫切希望拥有的。
本文设计一个能够朗读导入的文本文件的朗读器，也可以根据输入的文字来朗读。可以个人喜好切换朗读的语言，语速，声音，主要有中文和英语两种。在朗读器中，还可以调节音量的大小，暂停播放，后退，前进，界面风格，字体大少，背景颜色等等功能。

Abstract
With the improvement of scientific and technological level, people's lives getting better and better, and mobile phones have become an indispensable helper people live and play. Android, as a mobile device designed specifically for software development development platform, has attracted more and more attention, and smart phones make Android more fiery. Today, more and more software to appear on the mobile software market, a convenient and practical software is essential for people to live entertainment. For people who like to read, it can be applied to a simple and practical text-to-speech on your phone is that we are eager to have.
This design an imported Reader can read text files can also be read aloud text input. You can switch the language spoken by personal preference, speed, sound, mainly Chinese and English. In Reader, you can also adjust the size of the volume, pause playback, rewind, forward, interface style, large and small font, background color, and more.
