银行排队叫号系统设计与实现

摘要

当人们在银行的服务大厅办理业务的时候,我们经常会遇到办理业务时会等上很长时间,当我们遇到这样的情况,或多或少都会感到不满。长时间的排队容易造成顾客心情不愉快而导致顾客流失和银行办理业务人员工作压力的增大。为了更有效地缩短顾客排队的时间,有效地解决排队等待问题和服务质量,是很多企业急需解决的问题,一个好的服务管理能够给企业带来更大的收益。去过服务大厅办理业务的人都知道,如果能够减少排队时间,这不仅是为用户节约了宝贵时间,还可以给企业带来更好的经济效益。从顾客的角度出发,需要的是一个快捷的、方便的业务办理流程,从企业的角度出发,自己的服务能够给自己带来更好的经济效益的同时能够得到顾客的认可和赞许。

有时候我们会遇到这样的情况,在排着长队的时候,本窗口的业务员突然有事,暂时不能在本窗口办理业务,这个时候往往会一团糟,多数顾客会立马抢着排在另一个窗口,给服务大厅带来不好的影响,影响企业的形象。在这种情况下,顾客往往需要的是一个友好的等待环境,不至于在发生这种情况时没有次序可依,严重的影响顾客的心情!为了提供一个高质量的等候环境,自己准备设计一个系统,在这个系统中包含管理员登陆/注册、用户登录/注册、取号通讯、叫号通讯、业务办理、存款、取款、查询、评价等众多功能的银行排队叫号系统。

   这个系统是基于Android平台开发的,使用的是自带的SQLite数据库,以解决在服务大厅等候时间过长、取号时造成的打印纸张浪费为出发点,设计一个更加智能的系统,用户可以持手机收到取号短信排队等待,和叫号短信去窗口办理业务,这样不仅可以减少资源的浪费,还可以让顾客有序等待,出现突发情况不至于发生混乱。本系统设计实现了银行排队叫号功能,可以有效提高服务大厅的服务质量和提高资源的利用率。

Abstract

When people in the bank service hall to conduct business, we often encounter will wait a long time for business, when we encounter such a situation, more or less dissatisfied. Long queues of customers likely to cause unpleasant feelings caused by the loss of customers and the bank increased business people working pressure. In order to more effectively reduce customer queuing time, effectively solve the queuing problem and the quality of services, many companies need to solve the problem, a good service management can bring greater benefits to the enterprise. Been service hall to conduct business people know that if we can reduce the queuing time, not only for users to save valuable time, but also can bring better economic benefits to the enterprise. From the customer's perspective, the need is a quick and convenient services for the process, from a business point of view, their service will bring them better value for money at the same time be able to get the recognition and praise customers.

Sometimes we encounter such a situation, in the long line when the clerk of the window suddenly something happens, temporarily unable to conduct business in this window, this time is often a mess, most customers will immediately rush in another row window to bring it to the service hall bad influence, affect corporate image. In this case, the customer needs is often a wait-friendly environment, and will not happen in this case there is no order to follow, severely affected the customer's mood! In order to provide a high quality waiting environment, prepare themselves to design a system, in this system contains administrator login / registration, user login / register, take a number communication, communication called the number, business processing, deposits, withdrawals, inquiries and evaluation Bank of the many features of the queuing system.

This system is based on the Android platform using the built-in SQLite database to resolve in the service hall waiting too long to take a number when the print paper waste caused as a starting point, a more intelligent system design, the user can hold the phone receive text messages take a number waiting in line, call number and message window to conduct business, so not only can reduce the waste of resources, but also allows the customer to wait for an orderly, there will not be chaos emergencies. The system is designed to achieve the bank call queuing feature, it can effectively improve the quality of service and service hall to improve the utilization of resources.
