本论文主要研究的是哈夫模具的设计,介绍哈夫模具设计的方法和过程。先通过Pro/E软件画出哈夫零件,再对塑件进行分析,根据塑件的工艺特性选择材料,接着对注塑模具进行设计,选择注塑机的型号并进行校核,然后利用Moldflow对塑件进行CAE分析,再用正交实验法优化参数,再接着进行模架的设计:主流道的设计、浇口套的设计、型芯和型腔的设计、冷却系统的设计、导向机构的设计、推出机构的设计和定位环的设计,用EMX导出模架。最后写出模架的装配和工作过程。最终完成哈夫模具的设计。 关键词 哈夫零件 模具设计 Moldflow Pro/E |
