摘 要
本文设计中制件外表面要求美观,因此具有一定的表面光洁度要求,模具的加工精度要求较高,采用一模两腔,凸模采用镶拼结构,采用侧浇口,且镶块既要实现侧抽还要实现顶出。通过对制件的工艺分析,确定了模具的设计方案,并绘制了装配图和零件图。利用AutoCAD作模具的二维图,用Pro/E作三维图。
在本文中对模具结构及其设计的过程进行了详细的讨论,此过程参阅了大量有关模具设计和材料性能以及生产工艺的书籍。

Abstract
This text adopts workpiece outer surface appearance requirements , therefore, a certain surface finish requirements, high precision mold processing,use a two-impression injection mould ,punch with mosaic structure,adopts the side bushing to model the bore,and inserts not only have to achieve to achieve the top of the side pumping.The designing analyzed the process, and made sure the design project of the molding tool, and drew to assemble the diagram and spare parts diagrams. The mould is designed to 2D with AutoCAD and 3D with Pro/E.
Having carried on the discussion of detail to the mould structure in this text, this course has been seen also a large number of about mould design and the material capability as well as the books of production technology.
