毕业设计摘要
摘要：该课题的名称为“宣化某毛纺厂废水处理工程工艺设计”。 该工程所处理的污水主要是由染色废水和洗线、洗毯、刺绣车间废水组成。根据建设方提供的资料，在厂区西南角，全厂地势最低处投建一座污水处理站。根据水质和水量等特点，本设计采用以生物接触氧化法为核心的污水处理工艺。除了核心的生物接触氧化池，还有调节池，水解酸化池，竖流沉淀池，污泥浓缩池，泵房，脱水机房，鼓风机房等处理构筑物及其附属建筑物。设计的内容包括：方案的比较确定、处理构筑物的选择、单体构筑物的计算、高程的计算、图纸的绘制。设计时间为四个月，设计文件包括：设计说明计算书，设计图纸等。

一、 引言
本厂是一个有几十年历史的毛毯、毛线的生产厂家，全厂1000多人，产值3000多万元。根据本厂的实际情况在厂区西南角建设一座污水处理站，集中处理本厂所产生的各种污水，处理后的污水排入市政污水管网。污水处理应采用先进的技术设备，要求经济合理，安全可靠，出水水质好；保证良好的出水水质，效益高；污水的处理构筑物要求布局合理，建设投资少，占地少；自动化程度高，便于科学管理，力求达到节能和污水资源化。

经建设方确认，本设计规模按日最大处理水量：2500 m3/d（包括处理站自用水排水量）。
