结论
毕业设计已经完成,我的设计题目是100吨校正压装液压机。本设计之所以选择液压系统,是因为其体积小、重量轻、可实现无级调速、结构简单,工作寿命长。另外,液压传动是一项年轻的技术,有着很大的发展前途。
本设计的液压机适用于轴类零件、型材的校正和轴套零件的压装。通过这次设计,让我对其结构和工作原理有了一定的理解。设计中对液压缸的外型、活塞、油箱等的尺寸进行了设计和校合。通过各种参考材料和参考同类机器,对液压泵、电动机、各种阀、滤油器和冷却器等进行了选择。绘制了液压原理图、总装图和部装图。
虽然设计已经做完,但还存在很多问题和不足。由于本人能力有限,有很多的先进的、更方便的技术都没能用上。例如:控制系统可以用PLC控制。这些都是我应该在以后的学习工作中进一步学习的。
同时,这次设计也用上了大学四年内所学的各种知识,如:机械设计、材料力学、互换性等等,是对大学四年学习成绩的一次检验,锻炼了我的设计动手能力,为以后的工作打下了良好的基础。这次设计也是我学生时代的总结。不久我将走向自己的工作岗位,这次设计让我明白,以后要学的东西还有很多,我会在未来的工作岗位上不断努力,刻苦学习,做一个有用的人。
