CA6140车床主轴的机械加工工艺设计为本课题的研究内容,对此研究查阅的大量的资料,首先明白机械加工工艺过程就是用切削的方法改变毛坯的形状、尺寸和材料的物理机械性质成为具有所需要的一定精度、粗糙度等的零件。 为了能具体确切的说明过程,使工件能按照零件图的技术要求加工出来,就得制定复杂的机械加工工艺规程来作为生产的指导性技术文件,学习研究制定机械加工工艺规程的意义与作用就是本课题研究目的。 制订CA6140车床主轴机械加工工艺规程,关键是工序的划分和定位基准的选择。在设计开始的过程中,我们必须要认真分析零件图,了解其箱体零件的结构特点和相关的技术要求,对箱体零件的每一个细节,都应仔细的分析,如箱体加工表面的平行度、粗糙度、垂直度,特别是要注意箱体零件各孔系自身精度(同轴度、圆度、粗糙度等)和它们的相互位置精度(轴线之间的平行度、垂直度以及轴线与平面之间的平行度、垂直度等要求),箱体零件的尺寸是整个零件加工的关键,必须弄清箱体零件的每一个尺寸。绘制零件图是一个重点,同时因为箱体零件比较复杂,所以也是一个难点。我们采用autoCAD软件绘制零件图,一方面增加我们对零件的了解认识,另一方面增加我们对autoCAD软件的熟悉。 关键词 CA16140 主轴 机械加工 工艺设计 |
