摘 要
本文主要介绍了抓斗式双梁桥式起重机小车部分的计算与设计过程,小车部分主要由起升机构、运行机构和小车架三部分组成,另外还有一些安全保护装置,本文主要介绍起升机构、运行机构和小车架的设计和计算过程。
(1)起升机构包括电机,减速机,卷筒、钢丝绳及制动器等的计算与选择。
(2)小车运行机构包括电机、减速机和制动器的计算与选择。
(3)小车架是用于支撑和安装上述装置的结构,计算时运用力学分析,确定小车架的结构和材料。
最终,根据技术参数要求,本着运行机构工作性能良好,噪音小、寿命长、成本低的原则,选择比较合适的电动机,减速机及其他辅助装置。

Abstract
