摘要

通过对当今油罐清洗抽吸系统的行业的调查研究,研发出一种具有清洗油罐的清洗抽吸系统是很适应市场需求的。本说明书主要详细介绍了油罐清洗抽吸系统的结构组成、工作原理、工作流程以及控制系统等方面的相关内容,为油罐清洗抽吸系统的产业化提供了理论依据。由于油罐清洗抽吸系统的进给特点,有电力驱动和驱动两种驱动方式。本设计采用了两种驱动,提高清洗效率。由于油罐清洗抽吸系统具有节约大量的人力,物力和财力从而得到广大客户的青睐。本文主要研究的内容包括:一、油罐清洗抽吸系统的总体方案设计;二、油罐清洗抽吸系统系统的设计;三、油罐清洗抽吸系统外壁喷淋系统的设计;四、油罐清洗抽吸系统进给系统的设计;五、油罐清洗抽吸系统水循环处理系统方案。

Abstract
