箱包面料裁剪装置机械设计


[摘要]随着机械制造业的高速发展,裁剪成为了制造业发展的必然趋势,也将成为制造业的主流。其高速性、自动化、高精度性等越来越高,相应的对裁剪装置也有了越来越高的要求。尤其是在高速运转的机床上剪切箱包面料,因为剪切下料毛坯断面质量直接影响成品零件的精度。
本设计是基于箱包面料在裁剪条件下,经过方案设计与比较,再进行整体构思与各机构设计(包括形状和尺寸的设计),然后进行机构的结构分析和受力分析 ,并介绍其液压控制系统 。裁剪装置主要是由送料机构和夹紧机构组成。送料机构采用平行四边形机构;夹紧机构采用双块夹紧。平行四边形机构用电机来驱动;块夹具靠液压缸提供夹紧力。最后,根据设计运用CAD制图软件绘制裁剪装置的装配图和零件图。
由于装置的灵活性,可实现不同直径、不同长度、不同定长(剪切箱包面料的长度)的多种功能。该装置主要用于箱包面料的夹紧和推进,是一种高效率的自动裁剪装置 。

Abstract: With the rapid development of machines, cutting has become an inevitable trend in the development of the manufacturing sector, but also will become the mainstream manufacturing. Its high speed, automated, high precision and so more and more, corresponding to the cutting device may also have higher requirements. Cut fabric bags, especially on high-speed operation of the machine, because the material rough section quality directly affects the accuracy of the finished part under shear.
The design is based fabric bags in crop conditions, it has been designed with the ICP, then the whole idea and design agencies (including the shape and size of the design), and structural analysis and stress analysis institutions, and describes its hydraulic control system. Cutting device is mainly composed of feeding mechanism and clamping mechanism. Feed mechanism parallelogram mechanism; dual clamping mechanism clamping block. Parallelogram mechanism to drive the motor; jig block by hydraulic cylinders provide a clamping force. Finally, according to the design using CAD drawing software to draw cutting device assembly drawing and part drawing.
Due to the flexibility of the device can be realized with different diameters, different lengths, different length (the length of the cut fabric bags) of various functions. The device is mainly used for luggage fabrics clamping and forward, it is a highly efficient automatic cutting device.
