摘  要

本次设计机床为万能气门挺柱球面磨床,可实现自动研磨。用于研磨小型金相试件的平面。要求掌握气门挺柱球面磨床的加工原理、应用范围以及研究现状等背景内容,要求设计传动链的结构布置并设计关键零部件的结构尺寸,要求设计该机床的工作台并设计关键零部件的结构尺寸,要求设计该机床的上下研磨盘。要求设计该机床的上下主轴。绘图主要内容有上下研磨盘及主轴等关键零部件和机床的总体布置图等。
气门挺柱球面磨床主要由原动力、齿轮传动、蜗杆传动、工作台等部分组成。鉴于目前磨床设计中所存在的问题,以及现实条件的制约,该课题设计所制定的方案为:伺服电机——齿轮传动——蜗杆传动——工作台动作。在该传动方案中齿轮传动承受能力较高,传递运动准确、平稳。传递功率和圆周速度范围很大,传动效率高,结构紧凑。

Abstract

In this transmission scheme, the gear transmission capacity is higher, the transmission movement is accurate and smooth. Transmission power and a wide range of peripheral speed, high transmission efficiency, compact structure.
