我国是有色金属铝的生产大国,铝广泛应用于各行各业,如交通运输、建筑、机械、食品包装、家电和电子行业等。铝锭是铝行业中重要的中间产品,20kg铝锭铸造机组为铝锭连续铸造的自动化生产线,本课题为该铸造机组冷却运输机三维造型设计。
从铸造机头部落下来的铝锭,通过接收装置放到冷却运输机的链条上,然后被拖进水槽,进行直接水冷后再送到堆垛机上进行堆垛。
从接收装置转载下来的铝锭被放在冷却运输机的链条附件上,在步进减速机带动下做间歇运动的链条又将铝锭带进设在运输机中部的水槽内,对铝锭进行直接水冷却,然后再将铝锭送到堆垛机的牵引装置和翻转装置中。
冷却运输机上部用轻轨作链条轨道,下部无轨道,用托轮作链条支承。冷却运输机的信号由接近开关发出。

The aluminum ingot reproduced from the receiving device is placed on the chain attachment of the cooling conveyor, and the chain of intermittent movement driven by the stepping reducer is brought into the water tank located in the middle of the conveyor, and the aluminum ingot is subjected to direct water Cooling, and then the aluminum ingot sent to the stacker of the traction device and flip device.
Cooling the upper part of the conveyor with a light rail for the chain track, the lower no track, with a wheel for the support of the wheel. The signal of the cooling conveyor is sent by the proximity switch.
