摘 要
中国地板行业整体迅猛发展，已成为全球地板最大生产国。与此同时，也对地板贴标机提出了更高的要求。贴标机实现对地板的贴标功能，其性能的优劣直接影响生产中标签质量的程度、生产效率以及生产成本。所设计贴标机组能实现流水线作业，整机调节方便快捷，传送平稳。贴标机主要由分料机构、供标机构、收料机构、覆标机构等组成一个整机。
本课题的主要研究内容是地板贴标机的结构设计。其结构分为主传动部分和标站机构两部分：贴标主传动由传送带和分料装置等主要部件；标站机构主要由送标和供标结构等组成。
本课题对自动贴标机的贴标过程作出设计理论，解决地板生产线中的重要组成部分，对贴标机外形和功能进行设计，对相关参数进行计算，绘制出自动贴标机的装配图和各部件的部件图和零件的零件图。

Abstract
