ABSTRACT
China’s diode production enterprise started early, that many enterprise inside of the diode production equipment is old. Because the old equipment production efficiency is slow, scrap rate is high, need a lot of artificial. We dicided to do some automation reconstruction to old diode production equipment. The main content of the reform is to pile up on the boat graphite and material process automation reconstruction, the transformation contents include: In the empty graphite boat with the dump instead of manipulator, throuth the cylinder and machinery of the combination of the palm placed graphite way up; The graphite stacked on the boat and the process of feeding material by graphite boat lifting mechanism to completed, throuth the motor belt, the gas fingers of the belt moving graphite boats, In feeding and discharging points under the place for a pile of ten of the graphite boats, they are grabed by gas claw; The whole process was controlled by the PLC , greatly improved the production efficiency and reduced labour, maked the enterprise gaining more profit in the production.
