履带起重机是将起重作业部分装在履带底盘上、行走依靠履带装置的流动式起重机,可以进行物料起重、运输、装卸和安装等作业。履带起重机具有接地比压小、转弯半径小、可适应恶劣地面、爬坡能力大、起重性能好、吊重作业不需打支腿、可带载行驶等优点,并可借助更换吊具或增加特种装置成为抓斗起重机、电磁起重机或打桩机等,实现一机多用,进行桩工、土石方作业,在电力建设、市政建设、桥梁施工、石油化工、水利水电等行业应用广泛。履带起重机的带载行驶、臂长组合多、起重性能好、作业高度和幅度大是其独有的无与伦比的优势,具有其他起重设备无法替代的地位。     
随着经济的高速发展,国家基本建设的规模越来越大,需要吊运的物品的质量、体积和起升高度都越来越大,履带起重机愈来愈显示其优越性,市场容量迅速上升,引起了国际知名厂商的关注,国内起重机行业也兴起了履带起重机开发热潮。有限元方法在起重机金属结构的设计计算领域中应用越来越广泛,本论文就是采用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对履带起重机进行了分析。首先利用ANSYS对履带起重机进行实体建模,得到有限元分析模型;然后定义所建有限元模型的分析类型、选项和载荷数据等,并对其求解;最后查看分析计算结果,再与传统力学的计算结果进行比较。

Abstract

Crawler crane with a small grounding pressure, turning radius is small, can adapt to the harsh ground, climbing ability, lifting performance, hoisting operations do not need to play legs, can carry the advantages of driving, and with the replacement of spreader or Increase the special equipment to become a grab crane, electromagnetic cranes or piling machines, etc., to achieve a multi-purpose machine, for piling, earth and stone operations, in power construction, municipal construction, bridge construction, petrochemical, water conservancy and hydropower industries widely used. Crawler crane with the load, arm length combination, lifting performance, job height and magnitude is its unique unparalleled advantages, with other lifting equipment can not replace the status.
With the rapid development of economy, the scale of national capital construction is growing, the need to lift the quality of goods, volume and lifting height are growing, crawler crane more and more show its superiority, the rapid increase in market capacity , Attracted the attention of internationally renowned manufacturers, the domestic crane industry is also the rise of the crawler crane development boom. The finite element method is widely used in the design and calculation of crane metal structure. In this paper, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used to analyze the crawler crane. First, the finite element analysis model is obtained by using ANSYS to model the crawler crane. Then, the analysis type, option and load data of the finite element model are defined and solved. Finally, the results of the analysis and calculation are analyzed. The results are compared.
