摘 要
机械在日常工具的生产中发挥着日益重要的作用。随着科学在机械行业的发展突飞猛进,机器的性能越来越好发展,自动化程度也越来越高。人们所以要广泛使用机器是由于机器既能承担人力所不能或不便进行的工作,又能较人工生产改进产品的质量,能够较大提高劳动生产率和改善劳动条件。本次论文是要设计一种自动步进工件运输机,以提高在车间流水线上的生产效率。它的主要作用是能够完成对工件的间歇输送并自动复位,周而复始的往复工作。在设计时,首先要结合实际分析其工作原理,再根据其工作原理选择适当的设计方案,设计方案要具体到每一个环节选择什么样的部件以及每个部件的尺寸大小。当传动方案确定下来后,绘制出简图,并在具体的设计过程中不断修改总图,使之不断完善。
自动步进工件运输机的普遍使用不仅可以给生产加工带来方便,也可以为生产节约成本。

Abstract
In the mechanical manufacturing of daily tools, machine plays an increasingly important role. Along with the development of scientific machinery industry by leaps and bounds, and good performance of the machine, more and more is also high automation degree. People so widely used machine is due to assume that human machine is unable or inconvenience to work, and can improve the quality of the products produced artificially, can greatly improve the labor productivity and improve working conditions. This thesis is to design an automatic transporters in workshop, in order to improve the efficiency of production line. Its main function is to complete the intermittent transmission of workpiece and automatic reset, and makes reciprocating work. In the design, the first to practical analysis of its working principle, according to the principle of selecting the appropriate design scheme, design scheme to specific to each link to choose what kind of parts and components of each size. When driving scheme, draw the diagram, and in the specific design process, make constant revision of the general improvement.
The widespread use of automatic transport not only can bring convenience to production and processing, and can also produce cost saving.
