    随着科技和社会的发展和进步,各种各样的车辆将会陆续出现在公路上面,与此同时,随着时间的推移,电动巴士之间发生的交通事故也越来越频繁,如果不对电动巴士进行检修,最基本的就是严重影响了电动巴士的外观,严重的导致电动巴士不能继续使用,在以前,我国对这种现状的重视程度还是不够即在交通工具上有自带的检修工具,但这对于难度大点的检修工作就带来困难,例如车底盘,如果发生故障,根本就不能够检修,而且这种现状存在着许多不和谐因素,更使群体分化加剧,社会人文关怀程度的下降。而如果能够经常对电动巴士进行检修,将会大大提高电动巴士的使用年限和外观美,给人们一个安全、放心的驾驶环境。

本次设计是关于电动巴士底盘自动升降系统结构设计设计,通过对传统的电动巴士底盘自动升降系统结构设计结构进行了改进和优化,对它的机械结构和液压系统进行设计,使得此种类型的电动巴士底盘自动升降系统结构设计的使用范围更广泛,更加灵活,并且对今后的选型设计工作有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

With the development and progress of science and society, all kinds of vehicles will appear on the highway one after another. At the same time, with the passage of time, traffic accidents between electric buses will also become more and more frequent. If the electric bus is not overhauled, the most basic thing is that it seriously affects the appearance of the electric bus, which seriously results in the electric bus being unable to continue to be used. In the past, our country did not attach enough importance to this status quo. That is, there are self-contained overhaul tools on the vehicle, but this brings difficulties to the more difficult maintenance work, such as the chassis of the car, if it breaks down, it can not be overhauled at all, and this status quo exists. With many disharmony factors, the division of the group is aggravated and the degree of social and humanistic care is declining. And if we can often repair the electric bus, it will greatly improve the service life of the electric bus and the beauty of its appearance, and give people a safe and safe driving environment.

This design is about the structure design of the electric bus chassis automatic lifting system. By improving and optimizing the traditional structure of the electric bus chassis automatic lifting system, the mechanical structure and hydraulic system are designed. The structure design of this type of electric bus chassis automatic lifting system is more widely used and more flexible, and it has a certain reference value for the future selection and design work.
