大众迈腾2.0T制动器设计与有限元分析 论文及所有图纸

本文选用大众迈腾2.0T制动器展开了以下设计。第一制动系的参数:包括制动力分配系数、同步附着系数、制动强度、附着系数利用率以及最大制动力矩等参数的选择计算;第二制动器及其零部件:制动盘、制动钳体、摩擦衬块等制动器零部件的尺寸计算与材料选择;第三驻车制动:本设计选用了后轮驻车制动,在后轮盘式制动器上加装了驻车制动的机械结构;第四制动驱动机构:制动轮缸、制动主缸、以及踏板行程的设计计算。对所设计的制动器进行了制动减速度与制动距离的验算,对制动效能的稳定性以及制动时的方向稳定性进行了分析,并用MATLAB绘图功能绘制出了前后轴制动力分配曲线,上述均符合设计要求,验证了该制动器设计的合理性。最后,根据设计与计算用CAD绘制出了该迈腾2.0T制动器的装配图和制动钳体、制动盘、活塞、摩擦衬块等零件图,并对其进行了三维建模。本论文简单介绍了制动驱动机构的结构型式选择,制动主缸,制动管路的多回路系统的选择以及制动器的研究现状及发展前景。

大众迈腾汽车制动器,进行具体设计与分析,主要内容有:总体设计确定制动器的型式; 设计制动器的制动方案;确定制动器的总体结构,绘制总装图。零部件的结构设计和分析零部件的设计计算和校核;零部件的结构设计,绘制部装图、零件图;主要零件的三维造型和有限元分析。

Abstract

In this paper, VW Maiteng 2.0 T brake is selected to carry out the following design.The parameters of the first braking system include the selection and calculation of parameters such as braking force distribution coefficient, synchronous adhesion coefficient, braking strength, utilization ratio of attachment coefficient and maximum braking moment, etc.; the second brake and its components include brake disc, brake clamp body, etc.Dimension calculation and material selection of brake parts such as friction liner block; third parking brake: the rear wheel parking brake is used in this design, and the mechanical structure of parking brake is added to the rear wheel disc brake;Fourth brake drive mechanism: brake wheel cylinder, brake main cylinder, and pedal stroke design calculation.For the design of the brake The brake deceleration and braking distance are checked and calculated, the stability of braking efficiency and the directional stability during braking are analyzed, and the distribution curve of braking force between front and rear axles is drawn with MATLAB drawing function. The above all meet the design requirements.The rationality of the brake design is verified.Finally, according to the design and calculation, the assembly drawing of the Maiteng 2.0T brake and the parts drawings of the brake clamp, brake disc, piston and friction liner are drawn with CAD, and the 3D modeling is carried out.This paper briefly introduces the choice of the structure type of the brake drive mechanism, the choice of the multi-loop system of the brake main cylinder and the brake pipe. And brake research status and development prospects.

The main contents are as follows: the general design, the determination of the type of brake, the design of braking scheme, the determination of the overall structure of the brake, and the drawing of the final assembly diagram.Structural design and analysis of parts, design calculation and verification of parts, structural design of parts, drawing of parts and parts drawings, 3D modeling and finite element analysis of main parts.
