在板带的纵剪线中,由圆盘剪剪切下来的带边钢条要做废钢铁屑处理。处理的方式有两种:利用废边切碎机、废边压块机、废边卷取机处理。一般来说,板带材厚度在lmm以下对,用废边卷取机将其卷取成捆;对2mm以上的板带材废边,则采用碎边剪剪切成小块;而废边压块机由于其占地面积较大等缺点,一般钢铁企业很少采用。随着工业的不断发展, 国际和国内对钢铁产品的需求也日益增大,废边卷取机作为板带生产车间剪切线的重要设备,其工作稳定性,可靠性直接影响整条机组的辅助作业时间,进而影响整条机组的工作效率。因此,废边卷取机的设计在轧钢生产中有着极其重要的作用。

废边卷取机工作原理:圆盘剪剪切下来的废边进入废边坑,然后人工将废边插入卷轴端部狭缝口中,再由油缸将压辊压下,启动电机,卷轴转动。废边缠绕于卷轴上,随着废边卷径的接近开关发出信号,控制废边机自动停机并发出卸卷信号。依次操作压辊油缸。卷轴移动油缸,将废边卷取机压辊抬起,卷轴抽出,由操作推料油缸推动推料板将废料推到卷边机出口下方的废料筐中。对废边卷取机的研究和设计是具有很强的应用导向背景和现实意义的,也是我们对所学知识在实际领域的一次应用,具有较积极的理论意义。

Abstract
