摘 要
舒适性是轿车最重要的使用性能之一。舒适性与车身的固有振动特性有关,而车身的固有振动特性又与悬架的特性相关。所以,汽车悬架是保证乘坐舒适性的重要部件。同时,汽车悬架做为车架(或车身)与车轴(或车轮)之间作连接的传力机件,又是保证汽车行驶安全的重要部件。因此,汽车悬架往往列为重要部件编入轿车的技术规格表,作为衡量轿车质量的指标之一。本文首先论述了悬架的分类、优缺点及国内外的研究现状,然后以一汽大众迈腾为设计参照,使用传统设计方法(非优化设计)设计计算前麦弗逊悬架和后多连杆悬架,涵盖了选定悬架质量分配系数,选定车震频率、偏频比,计算悬架静挠度和动挠度,减震器行程及工作缸内径的选择及螺旋弹簧的直径、工作圈数设计等。同时在介绍了主动悬架和半主动悬架之后,阐述了他们之间以及相对于传统悬架之间的优缺点、前麦弗逊悬架和后多连杆悬架减震器可行的改良方法,以及未来研究方向,最后对此次设计设计进行一次回顾,总结设计中的收获和存在的问题。

Selection of shock absorber stroke and inner diameter of working cylinder and design of coil spring diameter, working ring number, etc. At the same time, after introducing active suspension and semi-active suspension, the advantages and disadvantages between them and compared with traditional suspension, the feasible improvement methods of front Macpherson suspension and rear multi-link suspension shock absorber, and the research direction in the future are described.
