摘 要
本课题按摩靠背是采用机械方式模拟中医推拿按摩手法,作用于人的后背,达到增加血液循环,让肌肉得到松弛的目的。人体接受按摩以后,能使大小循环系统畅通,血流丰富,加速人体各器官组织的新陈代谢,消除疲劳,解除病痛,具有延年益寿之功效。随着按摩器行业的不断发展,人们对按摩器的要求也越来越高,种类也越来越多。但是缺少利用机械方式模拟中医推拿按压及振动手法的机构。因此设计一台新型按摩靠背具有非常重要的现实意义。
本次设计了解按摩器材的现状,分析总结现有按摩靠背的优缺点,设计一台新型按摩靠背,该按摩靠背可模拟中医推拿的按压及振动手法,通过永磁直流小电机驱动蜗杆传动及齿轮传动,轮齿之间相互啮合实现上下直线运动和旋转拍打按压运动,外接电池使按摩头具有振动功能。完成按摩靠背的参数计算及结构设计,合理的结构方案设计。结构参数设计。结构零件的工程图及装配体的工程图。

Abstract
This subject massages the back to use the mechanical way to simulate the traditional Chinese medicine massage technique,acts on the person's back,achieves the increase blood circulation,lets the muscle get the relaxation purpose. After massage,the human body can make the circulation system smooth,blood flow rich,accelerate the metabolism of various organs and tissues,eliminate fatigue,relieve the pain,and have the effect of prolonging the life span. With the development of masseuse industry,people's demands on massager are higher and higher,and there are more and more kinds of massager. However,the use of mechanical methods to simulate traditional Chinese massage pressure and vibration of the mechanism. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to design a new type of massage backrest.
This design understands the current situation of massage equipment,analyzes and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing massage backrest,and designs a new massage backrest,which can simulate the pressure and vibration of traditional Chinese medicine massage. The worm drive and gear drive are driven by permanent magnet DC small motor. The gear teeth engage each other to realize the up-and-down linear motion and the rotary beat and press motion. The external battery makes the massage head have the function of vibration. Complete parameter calculation and structural design of massage backrest,reasonable structural scheme design.
