多功能挖掘机具有多种工作装置,通过更换不同的工作装置,可以实现清淤、钻孔和起重等功能,同时其还具有工作效率高、便于操作的特点,因此广泛应用于建筑施工、矿山采掘、城市道路以及现代化的军事工程等机械化施工领域,是工程机械中最重要的品种之一。液压挖掘机在进行土石方工程的工作时,利用其工作装置对土石方进行挖掘,因此高性能和高可靠性的工作装置是挖掘机整机先进性的重要体现。
本次设计采用了履带式行走装置,来满足要求。上部转台是全回转式,因此它可在一个更大的范围内工作。又因采用液压传动控制而使整机性能得以改善。与机械式挖掘机相比,其挖掘力提高到2~3倍,整机质量为25吨,最大卸载高度约为4.53m,最大挖掘深度5.99m,最大挖掘半径约为9.795m,从中可以看出整机作业能力有了很大的改进,不仅挖掘力大,且机器重量轻,传动平稳,作业效率高,结构紧凑。

Multi-function excavator has a variety of working devices,by replacing different working devices,it can realize the functions of dredging,drilling and lifting,etc. At the same time,it also has the characteristics of high working efficiency and convenient operation,so it is widely used in building construction. Mechanized construction fields such as mining,urban roads and modern military engineering are one of the most important types of construction machinery. The hydraulic excavator uses its working device to excavate the earth and rock,so the working device with high performance and high reliability is the important embodiment of the advanced nature of the excavator.
This design uses a crawler walking device to meet the requirements. The upper turntable is full rotary,so it can work in a larger range. Because of the use of hydraulic transmission control,the performance of the whole machine can be improved. Compared with the mechanical excavator,the excavating force is 3 times higher,the mass of the whole machine is 25 tons,the maximum unloading height is about 4.53m,the maximum excavating depth is 5.99m,and the maximum excavating radius is about 9.795m. It can be seen from it that the working ability of the whole machine has been greatly improved,not only the excavating force is large,but also the machine is light in weight,smooth in transmission,high in working efficiency and compact in structure.
