 历年来的丰产经验证明:抓紧夏季垦复荒山,加强熟山中耕培育,是保证全面油茶大丰收的主要关键。油茶地经垦复后土壤疏松,保水保肥,促进茶株根系发育,春季所发新梢数、梢长、新叶数、花芽数分别比不垦复的增加48.5%、118.7%、11.5%和88・7%,而且茶籽千粒重增加0.7一3.3公斤,亩产量增加11.7一39.2公斤,增产15.7%一81.6%所谓的垦复是指翻耕荒芜的茶山而言,其目的在于:消除杂草灌木,促进土壤风化,故宜用深挖。垦复的深度视情况而定,一般7~8寸。本课题运用制图软件对油茶垦复机中间传动进行机构设计,其中包括中间传动,侧边的传动,旋转锹的设计。通过蜗轮蜗杆的变向将动力传到侧边,使用大小齿轮实现减速后传给刀,既解决了侧边传动耕幅较小的问题,也实现了低速、高效率的垦复要求。

The subject of the use of mapping software on Camellia tea cultivating machine intermediate transmission mechanism design, including the intermediate drive, side drive, rotary shovel design. Through the worm gear turning to power side, using the size gear speed reducing unit to the cutter, which solves the side driving the tilling amplitude is smaller, but also to achieve a low, efficient reclamation requirements.
