摘 要
童车制造业却仍处在世界童车产业链条的低端位置,这就需要我们认真分析三轮自行车的发展现状,找到不足之处,为其未来的发展奠定基础。缺乏自主产权的原创设计、产品的安全质量问题等等仍是影响童车制造业迈上新台阶的巨大困扰。儿童三轮自行车发展现状及趋势的分析与研究是培养企业创新能力,强化企业竞争能力的重要手段。通过对儿童用三轮自行车的市场研究,分析儿童三轮自行车制造方面存在的问题,进一步提出三轮自行车的结构、功能等各方面的改进的合理化建议,使企业迅速提高童车产品的自主创新能力,保持市场竞争优势,进而提升中国儿童三轮自行车制造业在世界产业链中的地位。
本次设计分析了儿童三轮自行车的结构及工作原理,学习Proe三维造型软件的基础操作,特征造型方法及运动仿真等,正确画出儿童三轮自行车各组成零件的三维模型并对其结构进行优化设计,要求零件结构合理,尺寸正确,完成儿童三轮自行车的三维装配图并进行运动仿真,要求装配关系正确,并要求完成主要零件的工程图。

This design analyzes the structure and working principle of children's three-wheeled bicycle, and studies the basic operation, feature modeling method and motion simulation of Proe three-dimensional modeling software, etc. The three-dimensional model of each component of children's three-wheeled bicycle is drawn correctly and its structure is optimized.
