本文介绍曲柄压力机上的离合制动系统的工作原理,对主要元件的作用、结构和设计要点作出说明,总结设计、调试方面的经验,提供设计参数,分析存在问题,提出改进设想,在曲柄压力机离合制动系统的设计方面开辟一条新路。该机就采用液压操纵离合制动系统。应用结果表明,新型系统无论制动性能还是步进性能都很好。压力机起动和停止,用手动滑阀控制;步进(点动)也是手动控制;紧急制动可以手动控制,也可以用电气控制。步进油路中设有能接受反馈信号的伺服阀,因而实现液压随动操纵。本文介绍新型系统的工作原理,对主要元件的作用、结构和设计要点作出说明,总结设计、调试方面的经验,提供设计参数,分析存在问题,提出改进设想。
本次毕业设计主要分析设计:160KN曲柄压力机的离合器和制动系统的制动方案选择及参数计算和方案设计;曲柄曲柄压力机的离合器和制动系统的总体结构设计,绘制总装配图;以及零件的设计及绘制零件图。

This paper introduces the working principle of clutch braking system on crank press,explains the function,structure and design essentials of main components,summarizes the experience in design and debugging,provides design parameters and analyzes the existing problems. The improvement idea is put forward to open up a new way in the design of crank press clutch braking system. The machine adopts hydraulic control clutch brake system. The application results show that the new system has good braking performance and stepping performance. Press start and stop,with manual slide valve control;step (point) is also manual control;emergency braking can be manually controlled,can also be electrical control. Stepping oil path The servo valve which can accept the feedback signal is provided in the servo valve,so the hydraulic follow-up control can be realized. This paper introduces the working principle of the new system,explains the function,structure and design essentials of the main components,summarizes the experience in design and debugging,provides the design parameters,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward the idea of improvement.
This graduation project mainly analyzes the design: the 160KN crank press clutch and the brake system brake scheme choice,the parameter calculation and the scheme design; the crank press clutch and the brake system overall structure design,draws the total assembly diagram;And the design and drawing of parts.
