摘 要:本文从家用吸尘器的历史开始，介绍了家用吸尘器的发展状况、种类、工作原理、结构和适用环境。然后对家用吸尘器做简要分析，从外观设计到内部结构的设计，用Pro/E构造出家用吸尘器的各部分元件的三维图，如软管、风机、轴承、电机、底盘、主体等。最后对设计出来的元件进行装配，构造出装配图和爆炸图，并用CAD画出家用吸尘器主体结构的二维图。文中还着重介绍了电机选择设计和减震消音器设计部分。

Abstract:Starting from the history of household vacuum cleaners, this paper introduces the development, category, working principle, structure and applicable environment of household vacuum cleaners. Then a brief analysis of the household vacuum cleaner, from the external design to the internal structure design, using Pro/E to construct the three dimensional drawing of the components of the household vacuum cleaner, such as hoses, fans, bearings, motors, chassis, main body and so on. Finally, the components are assembled, and the assembly drawing and explosion diagram are constructed, and the two-dimensional drawing of the main structure of the household vacuum cleaner is drawn with CAD. The selection and design of the motor and the design of the muffler are also introduced in this paper.
