摘要
洗米机是一种粮食加工机械,用于洗米的装置。本设计的螺旋洗米机由电动机、水平螺旋轴、倾斜螺旋轴及与其相对应的减速器、机架等结构组成。米由进料口进入洗米机,经过螺旋轴的输送进行揉搓洗涤,水流与米流逆流流动,米中的漂浮杂质在此过程中漂浮,与洗涤的浊水一起从溢流口排出,达到洗米的目的。其结构简单,占地面积小,集搓米、洗米、除去漂浮杂质、砂石等为一体,用水量少洗涤效果好,是一种高效的连续洗米机,是食堂、大型饭店、快餐中心等较为理想的粮食洗涤机械。
本设计拟订了洗米机的总体结构方案,进行了运动和动力参数的计算;完成了水平螺旋轴、倾斜螺旋轴及与其相对应的减速器传动、机架等结构设计。

Abstract
Rice washing machine is a kind of food processing machinery, for the rice washing device. The design of the spiral rice washing machine is composed of motor, horizontal spiral shaft, inclined screw shaft and corresponding reducer, a frame structure. Metres from the inlet into the washing machine, the spiral shaft carried by the conveyor to rubbing washing, water flow and countercurrent flow meters flow, Minaka floating impurities in the process of floating, and washing muddy water from overflow outlet, reach the rice washing purpose. It has the advantages of simple structure, small occupation area, rice, rice washing, rubbing the set of removing floating impurities, such as gravel as one with less water, good washing effect, is a kind of high efficient continuous washing rice machine, is the cafeteria, hotel, large fast food centers relatively ideal grain lavation machinery.
